Some people can be struggling with regards to their mood.  At the severe end of this is depression.  This is where someone feels persistently sad, has a loss of interest and struggles to carry out one’s daily activities.  These feeling can happen to all of us from time to time, however if this continues persistently for over 2 weeks, this is defined as depression.

There are various ways that a person can help themselves initially to see if this can help improve their symptoms.
