Nurse Practitioners
Our practice nurses can help with routine health checks, ear syringing, wound dressings, family planning, removal of sutures, cervical smears. Advice on minor ailments and injuries plus asthmaand diabetes management is available in separate specialist nurse clinics. Reception staff can assist in making appointments in any of these clinics. |

Practice Management
The practice management team is involved in managing all of the business aspects of the practice such as making sure that the right systems are in place to provide a high quality of patient care, human resources, finance, patient safety, premises and equipment and information technology. The team supports the GPs and other medical professionals with delivering patient services and also helps to develop extended services to enhance patient care. |

Community Midwives
The midwives share the antenatal and postnatal care of our patients with the doctors, both in the surgery and at home. |
Community Nurses
Patients confined to their homes who require nursing help can be seen by the community nurses attached to this practice. They are part of a team within NHS Bedfordshire. |
Health Visitors
A health visitor is a registered nurse who has received training particularly related to babies, children and pregnant women. Their role is to provide families with children under five years old with support and advice around the general aspects of mental, physical and social wellbeing. |
